華星東方公司承建的江蘇省常州市金壇區(qū)生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2022年8月7日通過(guò)72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for Jintan waste incineration power plant in Changzhou,Jiangsu passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on August 7, 2022.
該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)日處理生活垃圾1500噸，分兩期實(shí)施：一期工程規(guī)模1000t/d（2×500t/d生活垃圾焚燒線+1×25MW汽輪機(jī)+1×30MW發(fā)電機(jī)）。二期工程再增加500t/d（1×500t/d生活垃圾焚燒線+1×12MW汽輪機(jī)+1×15MW發(fā)電機(jī)）。本項(xiàng)目為一期工程，配建飛灰?guī)臁１酒诮ㄔO(shè)一期工程，預(yù)留二期工程擴(kuò)建場(chǎng)地。煙氣凈化采用“SNCR（噴氨水）（非我司合同范圍內(nèi)）+半干法（旋轉(zhuǎn)霧化半干反應(yīng)塔）+干法（噴射消石灰）+活性炭噴射+袋式除塵器”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司EP工程。
The plant has a treatment capacity of 1500 tons per day of municipal solid waste and is implemented in two phases. The 1st phase has a capacity of 1000 t/d consisting of 2×500 t/d waste incineration line + 1×25 MW steam turbine + 1×30 MW generator. Additional 500 t/d consists of 1×500 t/d waste incineration line + 1×12 MW steam turbine + 1×15 MW generator. The plant is phase I with a fly ash silo. Phase I will be constructed and the expansion site of phase II will be reserved. The FGC adopts the process of SNCR with ammonia injection (not in Huaxing scope)+ semi-dry with rotary atomization reaction tower + dry method with slaked lime injection + activated carbon injection + bag filter. It is an EP project of Huaxing.
