華星東方公司承建的北京市順義生活垃圾焚燒發電項目三期煙氣凈化工程于2021年5月9日開工建設。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing for Shunyi WTE Phase III in Beijing was commenced on May 9, 2021.
該項目建設規模1x800t/d爐排焚燒爐+1x18MW凝汽式汽輪發電機組，年運行8000小時。煙氣處理采用SNCR(爐內噴尿素脫氮)+旋轉噴霧反應塔(Ca（OH）2)＋活性炭和干性脫酸藥劑噴射系統（Ca（OH）2）＋布袋除塵器+GGH+SGH+ SCR反應塔（尿素）+飛灰輸送、儲存及穩定化工藝，為我司EPC工程。
The plant will build 1x800 t/d grate furnance and 1x18 mw condensing steam turbine with an annual operation of 8000 hours. FGC applies SNCR with urea denitrification in furnace + spray dry reactor with Ca(OH)2 + activated carbon and dry deacidification agent injection system with Ca(OH)2 + bag filter+GGH+SGH + SCR reactor with urea + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process. This is an EPC project of Huaxing.
